When you click "Reserve" your order will inform the Queens that you wish those item(s) to be put aside for you or we will notify the vendor an order of their product has been placed.  They will either deliver the item to the store or custom make it, depending on the details of the product(s).  We will inform you when the product is at the Queens and ready to be picked up.
